We need a cancel button on the app. There are times when it takes hours for you to confirm our order, and during that waiting period, we receive no updates or communication. As customers, we cannot be expected to wait indefinitely without knowing whether the order will be processed or not.
Because of these delays, we are sometimes forced to use another app to place the same order so we can receive our items on time. However, after we have already ordered elsewhere due to the delay, that is when you come back demanding payment for the initial order, even though we no longer need it and want to cancel.
This situation is unfair and frustrating. There should be a clear and accessible cancel option that allows customers to withdraw an order if it has not been confirmed within a reasonable time. It would improve customer experience and prevent misunderstandings or disputes over payment.
